Please read the information below and then complete the registration form.

Important
Please register for the Doubles Matchplay in advance.
This is absolutely necessary as the number of registered players will dictate the tournament format.
Those who do not register in advance are not guaranteed entry to the tournament.
Early registration helps planning and makes the job of the Tournament Committee much less stressful.

Doubles Matchplay Entry Fee
Each player is required to pay the tournament entry fee - £17.00 per player.
Members of the British Disc Golf Association are entitled to a discounted entrance fee - £15.00

Optional Extra Costs
Overnight camping at Green Park - £4.00 per person per night.
Saturday lunch, pizza - £3.00 per person.
Sunday lunch, baked potatoes+fillings - £3.00 per person.

Payment Details
Please send your payment after you have registered your team through the website and received confirmation from the tournament committee.
Please send payment in advance. Cheques and postal orders only - no cash.
Make cheques or postal orders payable to Discology Ltd.

Need A Doubles Partner?
If you are looking for someone to partner you, please email the tournament committee and say that you are looking for a partner.
The committee will try their best to find you a partner.

Leave your name and telephone number if no one is there to take your call.

De-registration
If for any reason your team is required to cancel please email the tournament committee and let them know of your cancellation.
